NOVELTY - The lead acid battery (7) has a collector grating made using graphene and a graphene laminated member. A separator (5) is arranged between a positive electrode (8) and a negative electrode (9) in the collector grating. The electrodes are made using lead or lead dioxide as main components, and by immersing them in a dilute sulfuric acid solution. USE - Lead acid battery for e.g. vehicle, such as motor vehicle, forklift truck or golf cart. ADVANTAGE - Reduces internal resistance of lead acid battery by using graphene and graphene laminated member for collector grating, thus reducing energy loss in battery and improving current collection performance. Suppresses corrosion in electrolyte since graphene and graphene laminated member are chemically stable, thus preventing disconnection due to reduction of cross-sectional area of anode and cathode, and suppressing fall of current collection performance over long term. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a manufacturing method of a lead acid battery.
