▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Silicon dioxide-graphene core-shell structure quantum dot comprises graphene as a core body of the core-shell structure quantum dot, and nano silicon dioxide as a shell. USE - The dot is used as base oil additive for preparing rolling lubricating liquid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dot: has high temperature resistance, low friction coefficient and excellent extreme pressure resistance. The rolling lubricating liquid: is suitable for titanium alloy ultra-thin plate cold rolling processing field; and has excellent performance and long-lasting performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the silicon dioxide-graphene core-shell structure quantum dots, comprising (i) mixing the graphene oxide with polymethylpyrrolidone, ball milling for 35-45 hours, centrifuging the product obtained by ball milling at 2000-3000 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 20-40 minutes, taking the supernatant, centrifuging at 10000-12000 rpm for 20-40 minutes, and washing the precipitate obtained by centrifuging with deionized for water 3-5 times to obtain an aqueous solution of graphene oxide quantum dots, and (ii) dissolving ethyl orthosilicate in ethanol, stirring for 2-4 hours, adding the graphene oxide quantum dot aqueous solution, stirring for 8-12 hours to obtain reaction solution, heating in a crucible, evaporating to dryness to obtain a crude product, washing the crude product for 58 times with deionized water and ethanol and drying; (2) a titanium alloy rolling lubricating liquid based on core-shell structure silicon dioxide-graphene quantum dots, comprising 1.5-2.5 pt. wt. base oil, 1.5-2.5 pt. wt. base oil additives, 90-96 pt. wt. deionized water, 0.3-0.7 pt. wt. surfactant, 0.8-1.2 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.8-1.2 pt. wt. sulfur-containing additives, 0.5-1.4 pt. wt. antioxidants and 0.5-1.4 pt. wt. auxiliary agent, where the base oil additive comprising the silicon dioxide-graphene quantum dot powder; and (3) preparing the titanium alloy rolling lubricating liquid based on core-shell structure silicon dioxide-graphene quantum dots, comprising mixing the silicon dioxide-graphene quantum dot powder, base oil and deionized water, ultrasonically treating, adding dispersant, sulfur-containing additives, antioxidants and additives, and adjusting the pH value to 7-9.
