NOVELTY - A baffle plate heating device comprises base film (1), heating body (2), and insulating layer (3). The heating body is located in the base film. The insulating layer is covered on the heating body comprising graphene layer (21) with conductive line layer (22). The conductive line layer is respectively located at the two sides of the base film. The graphene layer is located between two conductive line layers. The graphene layer is electrically connected by conductive line layer and power supply device (4). USE - The baffle plate heating device is used for refrigerator. ADVANTAGE - The device has low energy consumption and fast heating speed.
