DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A device for preparing graphene from carbon materials in liquid media by laser shock comprises three-dimensional moving platform (29) and reaction vessel (27). The reaction vessel is provided with high oriented pyrolytic graphite block (26) and screw rod (25) threaded into supporting plate. The screw rod is provided with second motor (21).
