NOVELTY - The photocatalyst comprises titanium dioxide nanotube and graphene. A mass ratio of the titanium dioxide nanotube and graphene is 97:3-90:10. A structure of the photocatalyst is formed by covering a wrinkled graphene material on a surface of the titanium dioxide nanotube to form a nanometer composite titanium dioxide photocatalyst. The titanium dioxide nanotube is present in an anatase crystal phase. A ratio of length to diameter of the nanotube is greater than 10:1. The graphene is wrinkled sheet shaped. USE - The photocatalyst is useful for environmental protection field and energy field. ADVANTAGE - The photocatalyst can be economically prepared with high stability in an environmentally friendly manner.
