▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A silicon carbide-titanium carbide composite comprises a silicon carbide crystal phase, a titanium carbide crystal phase and yttrium aluminum garnet (Y3Al5O12), and has relative density of more than 96% and resistivity of less than 3 Ω .cm. USE - Silicon carbide-titanium carbide composite. Uses include but are not limited to abrasive, heating element, high-temperature structural material, heat exchanger, mechanical seal, bulletproof material and semiconductor manufacturing process components. ADVANTAGE - The silicon carbide-titanium composite has excellent thermal conductivity and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the silicon carbide-titanium carbide composite.
