NOVELTY - Preparing fabric comprises (i) configuring raw material A: (a) mixing tourmaline powder, graphene, deionized water and sodium silicate to obtain mixed solution, (b) adding polyvinyl alcohol solution into above mixture, mixing polyvinyl alcohol solution with mixed solution in step (a), and (ii) impregnating raw material A with above material on cloth and then drying to obtain slurry. USE - The fabric is useful for treating hemorrhoids (claimed).
