NOVELTY - Preparing conductive film comprises (i) stirring and dissolving graphite oxide in water to obtain graphite oxide aqueous solution, (2) adding graphite oxide aqueous solution into ball milling tank of planetary ball milling, and simultaneously adding zirconia beads for ball milling, (3) adding graphite oxide aqueous solution into homogenizer for high-pressure homogenization, adding water to dilute, (4) mixing diluted graphene oxide aqueous solution and carbon nanotubes, high-speed shearing and high-pressure homogeneous treatment, (5) spray drying the graphene oxide/carbon nanotube aqueous dispersion, (6) adding the graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite powder, polyethylene and polyethylene wax dispersant together into container, mixing, heating and melting, shearing and stirring, (7) using a vacuum defoamer to carry out stirring and defoaming, and (8) coating polyethylene melt on a single-silicon release paper by extrusion coating and cooling to obtain a conductive film. USE - Preparation method of conductive film used for various kinds of heating product, e.g. wearable heating physical therapy product. ADVANTAGE - The conductive film has high conductivity, high square resistance stability, and strong mechanical property.
