▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High flame-retardant polyurethane foam composition comprises component A comprising polyisocyanate and component B comprising white material, where the mass ratio of component A and component B is 0.5:1-1:1, preferably 0.6:1-1:1. The component B further comprises 20-60 wt.%, preferably 30-50 wt.% polyol composition, 5-70 wt.%, preferably 30-55 wt.% modified graphene aerogel, 1-10 wt.%, preferably 2-8 wt.% cross-linking agent, 0.1-10 wt.%, preferably 2-8 wt.% wetting dispersant, 0.1-6 wt.%, preferably 2-5 wt.% catalyst, 0.1-5 wt.%, preferably 1-4 wt.% foaming agent and 0.1-11 wt.%, preferably 1-10 wt.% surfactant. The polyol composition includes plant oil polyol, polyether polyol, and polyester polyol. The modified graphene aerogel is a graphene aerogel modified by doping agent comprising nitride, phosphide, and bromide. USE - Used as high flame-retardant polyurethane foam composition. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane foam has good flame retardancy, which meets the requirements of class C flame retardant in GB8624-2006, has resistance to high compressive strength, low thermal conductivity, excellent dimensional stability and excellent thermal conductivity thus the overall performance is good. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high flame-retardant polyurethane foam comprising mixing the high flame-retardant polyurethane foam composition, preferably the high flame retardant polyurethane foam is prepared by storing component A and component B separately before use, mixing component A and component B, then placing in a high-pressure foaming machine for foaming to obtain foam, and pouring the foam into a fixed mold for foam curing.
