▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing carbon-copper metal organic framework nano composite material, comprises (S1) uniformly mixing carbon-based material and copper salt in water, drying to obtain carbon-copper ion compound, and (S2) uniformly mixing the carbon-copper ion compound, polyvinylpyrrolidone and terephthalic acid into a solvent, heating and reacting to obtain the carbon-copper metal organic framework nano composite material. USE - The method is used for preparing carbon-copper metal organic framework nano composite material, which is used for preparing drug carrier and antitumor drug (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon-copper metal organic framework nano composite material prepared by the method catalyzes hydrogen peroxide to generate reactive oxygen species (ROS) for photodynamic therapy, and avoids the formation of free metal ions.
