NOVELTY - The panel has a first light-emitting unit layer (4) which is located on a side of a driving circuit layer (2) away from a first surface (101), and includes multiple first light-emitting devices (41-43). A second light-emitting unit layer (5) is located on a side of a second surface (102) away from the driving circuit layer and includes multiple second light-emitting devices (51-53). The light emitting directions of the light emitting devices are at least partially away from each other. A base substrate (1) includes multiple through holes (11) penetrating through the thickness direction. An identical switch control unit (21) is electrically connected to at least one of the first light emitting devices and at least one of the second light emitting devices through an electrical connection portion (22) penetrating through the through hole. An electrode layer is formed by patterning graphene material. USE - Double-sided light-emitting display panel for use in display device (claimed) such as digital label, window inquiry facility, exhibition hall and other public occasions. ADVANTAGE - The single-side switch control unit is used to drive the light emitting devices on two sides of the substrate to realize the double-side light emitting display.
