NOVELTY - The device has a graphene dispersion pretreatment container (1) fixed at an upper part or inner side of an ultrasonic vibrator (2) for realizing ultrasonic graphene dispersion operation. An outer surface of a coating roller (8) is uniformly formed with a circumferential groove. The coating roller is immersed in graphene dispersion liquid filled in a reservoir (7). A metal wire rotates around the circumferential groove. An inlet of a quantitative pump (3) is connected with the graphene dispersion pretreatment container. A wire releasing device (4) is provided with a pay-off wheel and a speed regulating motor. USE - Metal-base graphene composite wire processing device. ADVANTAGE - The device can be used in a simple manner, and has high conductivity and strong corrosion resistance. The device realizes better heat conductivity rate.
