▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene from graphite, comprises: obtaining a mixture consisting of a predefined quantity of graphite, ammonium thiosulfate, urea salt, silane and hydrogen peroxide respectively; obtaining a homogeneous solution by sonicating the mixture for a predefined period; obtaining a stock solution by performing a reflux of the homogeneous solution for a predefined time; and performing an irradiation of the stock solution in a microwave furnace at a predefined power for a predefined period, where graphene is obtained through exfoliation of graphite. USE - The process is useful for preparing graphene from graphite (claimed) which is useful in photovoltaics, coatings, energy storage, heat transfer applications in power plants, bitumen systems for transport applications. ADVANTAGE - The process: is easy, cost-effective and eco-friendly for bulk production of exfoliated graphene, synthesize graphene at a faster rate (within 180 seconds) which is amenable for industrial applications; does not require any hazardous acids or other toxic chemicals; allows control of the defect concentration in graphene based on microwave conditions and the chemicals used.
