NOVELTY - An aqueous graphene heavy-duty anticorrosion paint comprises aqueous resin, aqueous graphene dispersion, and functional filler. The aqueous resin comprises aqueous epoxy resin, second aqueous epoxy resin, aqueous acrylic resin, aqueous urethane resin and/or aqueous inorganic resin. The aqueous graphene dispersion is prepared by modifying to graphene powder. The functional filler is modified zinc powder, composite phosphate, precipitated barium sulfate, talc and/or titanium powder. USE - Aqueous graphene heavy-duty anticorrosion paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint is energy-saving and environment-friendly, has good adhesive attraction, strong water resistance, outstanding corrosion resistance, less economic investment and high environmental return, does not influence microstructure characteristics and performance, and reaches effect of energy saving and emission reduction corrosion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of aqueous graphene heavy-duty anticorrosion paint comprising mixing dispersant, defoaming agent, wetting agent and functional filler into water to obtain aqueous slurry, mixing with aqueous graphene dispersion to obtain aqueous graphene slurry, mixing with aqueous resin to obtain uniformly mixed aqueous graphene heavy anticorrosive paint product, and mixing with auxiliary agent; and (2) application of aqueous graphene heavy-duty anticorrosive paint comprising coating aqueous graphene heavy-duty anticorrosive paint on surface of substrate at thickness of 40 mu m, drying for 1 hour, coating next layer, and drying.
