▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing low viscosity epoxy resin comprises (i) sending graphene into a modifier to improve the ultrasonic treatment, finishing the ultrasonic treatment, washing with water, and drying to obtain modified graphene, (ii) adding 10-30 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin to 45-55 pts. wt. acetone solvent, adding 1-5 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. N-methylol acrylamide and 0.5-0.9 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate, and pre-mixing to obtain a premix, (iii) adding the premix into a modified emulsion in a weight ratio of 1:3, stirring, and processing to obtain resin, and (iv) sending the resin at 45-55°C, and allowing to stand for 15-25 minutes to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing low viscosity epoxy resin. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes the graphene for modification, and a modified emulsion for coordinate the modification; enhances the bonding strength of bisphenol A epoxy resin; and improves the adhesion of the product to the substrate.
