NOVELTY - The graphene oxide slurry comprises 50-85 wt.% graphene nano-silver compound, 15-45 wt.% organic adhesive, and 0-10 wt.% glass powder. USE - Graphene oxide slurry used as anode material in silver solar cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide slurry reduces shielding effect, shows high electric conduction density, and increases conversion efficiency, and can be prepared in a cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene oxide slurry, which involves: (A) adding silver nitrate in graphene oxide solution in a volume ratio of 1:0.8-1.2; (B) adding dispersing agent in the obtained solution at 75-95 degrees C; (C) stirring the resulting mixture for 12-48 hours under nitrogen atmosphere; (D) cooling the obtained reaction liquid naturally at room temperature; (E) centrifuging the cooled reaction liquid to get a solid; (F) washing the obtained solid with deionized water; and (G) drying the washed solid at 40-60 degrees C to form the finished graphene nano-silver compound.
