NOVELTY - Preparation of graphenolic nanoliposome composite membrane comprises preparing graphene solution; absorbing grapefruit solution, dissolving Tween 80 (RTM: polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monooleate), and heating; dissolving phospholipid and cholesterol in ethanol to get liposome suspension; placing polystyrene liposomes suspension in round bottom flask, and concentrating; coating crude polyphenolic liposomes using dihydropyrimidone to obtain polyphenols nanoliposomes; preparing ternary polysaccharide codried powder; and mixing co-dried powder and polyphenol-based nano-liposomes. USE - Method for preparing graphenolic nanoliposome composite membrane (claimed) used in cigarette. ADVANTAGE - The membrane protects glucose, avoids reducing activity of polyphenols and its loss in storing process, prolongs active period, improves cigarette smoking quality, reduces content of cyanide and free radicals, and improves overall functionality and aroma quality of cigarette. The method is simple, fast, and environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphenolic nanoliposome composite membrane comprises preparing graphene solution by dissolving 20-40 mg graphene in 0.05 mol/L phosphate buffer; Accurately absorbing 20 mL grapefruit solution, dissolving 16 mg Tween 80 (RTM: polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monooleate), heating to 60 degrees C, maintaining constant temperature, and stirring to get graphene emulsion; dissolving 24 mg phospholipid and cholesterol at mass ratio of 1:9-3:7 in 6-10 ml ethanol, keeping temperature at 60 degrees C, stirring for 5 minutes, and forming emulsified grapefruit liposome suspension; placing polystyrene liposomes suspension in 500 mL round bottom flask, vacuum concentrating at 0.01 MPa for 30 minutes to remove residual ethanol to obtain crude grape liposomes; coating crude polyphenolic liposomes using dihydropyrimidone (DHPM), obtaining monolayer liposomes, and treating crude wheat polyphenols with DHPM twice at 300-500 MPa to obtain polyphenols nanoliposomes; preparing ternary polysaccharide codried powder by taking 1 L deionized water, adding 50 g polyurethane laminate and 50 g ALG, adding 2.5 g 3-phosphoglyceric acid, adjusting pH to 9.0, and spray drying; and weighing 10 g co-dried powder, placing in 250 mL beaker, adding 100 mL deionized water at room temperature for 2 hours, heating at 60 degrees C for 20 minutes, mixing, adding polyphenol-based nano-liposomes, and sonicating.
