NOVELTY - Preparation of phosphorus-nitrogen double-doped graphene involves weighing sheet-like graphene oxide, grinding into powder, placing in ethanol solution, uniformly stirring in constant temperature water to obtain graphene oxide suspension, dissolving hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene in graphene oxide suspension, uniformly stirring in constant temperature water, dissolving in ethanol solution, adding activated carbon nanoparticle solid powder to mixed suspension of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene and graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing at 10-30 degrees C, uniformly stirring in constant temperature water, placing in oven, drying at 60-80 degrees C for 6-12 hours, washing the dried hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene and graphene oxide solid with deionized water, drying, grinding, screening the mixture of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene and graphene oxide with mesh sieve, placing the powder of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene and graphene oxide in tube furnace, heating, calcining and cooling to 10-30 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for preparation of phosphorus-nitrogen double-doped graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of phosphorus-nitrogen double-doped graphene involves weighing 0.1-0.5 g sheet-like graphene oxide, grinding into powder, placing in ethanol solution, uniformly stirring in constant temperature water to obtain graphene oxide suspension, dissolving 1-10 g hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene in graphene oxide suspension, uniformly stirring in constant temperature water, dissolving in ethanol solution, adding 5-50 mg activated carbon nanoparticle solid powder to mixed suspension of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene and graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing at 10-30 degrees C, completely dispersing carbon nanoparticles, uniformly stirring in constant temperature water, turning the mixed solution into black binder, placing in oven, drying at 60-80 degrees C for 6-12 hours under vacuum to completely evaporate ethanol, completely drying the mixture of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene and graphene oxide, washing the dried hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene and graphene oxide solid with deionized water, drying, grinding, screening the mixture of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene and graphene oxide with mesh sieve, placing the powder of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene and graphene oxide in tube furnace, heating under argon gas atmosphere, calcining and cooling to 10-30 degrees C.
