▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of an oxide color film layer on the surface of an aluminum alloy involves cleaning an aluminum alloy to remove dirt, wax and oil, immersing the cleaned alloy into oxidation solution bath, carrying out plasma micro arc oxidation treatment to form a layer of oxide color film, removing the alloy, cleaning and drying. The oxidation solution comprises neodymium salt solution and graphene. USE - Preparation of oxide color film layer on surface of aluminum alloy. ADVANTAGE - The method enables formation of oxide color film layer which improves the strength, toughness and performance of the aluminum alloy. The oxide color film is formed without using a dye, and is environmentally-friendly. The addition of graphene provides excellent heat dissipation characteristics, dust proof property and waterproof property.
