NOVELTY - Thermal fluid comprises 40-70 pts. wt. propylene glycol, 30-70 pts. wt. thermal conductive dispersant, 200-400 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 100-200 pts. wt. inorganic silicate, 100-150 pts. wt. graphene, 300-500 pts. wt. polyaniline, 100-200 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0-70 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, and 10-15 pts. wt. quaternary ammonium salt. USE - Thermal fluid for aluminum flash welder. ADVANTAGE - The thermal fluid acts as a heat conductive and conductive dielectric material, where preheating degree is uniform, and the preheating time is shortened, and the thermal conductivity of the flash butt welding machine is good. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing thermal fluid for use in an aluminum flash welder, which involves: (A) adding 70-100 degrees C deionized water to the inorganic silicate, stirring and dissolving, adding a polyaniline solution acidified by concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring rapidly for 10-50 minutes, and then adding epoxy resin, quaternary ammonium salt, propylene glycol, heating to boiling, ultrasonic dispersion at a frequency of 10-30 kilo Hertz for 10-60 minutes to obtain a mixed solution, adjust the mixed solution pH to 6-9; and (B) keeping water bath at 50-70 degrees C, and a thermally conductive dispersant, aluminum powder, adding graphene, and polyacrylamide, stirring uniformly, dispersing mixture at a frequency of 10-30 kilohertz Hertz for 10-60 minutes to obtain a thermal fluid.
