NOVELTY - Coating comprises 20-40 wt.% hydroxy silicone oil, 2-4 wt.% dimethyl silicone oil, 0.1-3 wt.% nano-calcium carbonate, 2-6 wt.% pre-modified graphene oxide, 2-4 wt.% silane coupling agent, 6-14 wt.% flame retardant powder, 5-8 wt.% hydrophobic white carbon black, 1-5 wt.% crosslinking agent, 0.01-0.05 wt.% catalyst and 100 wt.% solvent. The crosslinking agent comprises 80 %mass methyltris(methylethylketoxime)silane and 20 %mass tetra-(methylethylketoxime)silane. The silane coupling agent is methylvinyl bis(N-methylacetamino)silane. The pre-modified graphene oxide is vinyltrimethoxysilane-modified graphene oxide. USE - As coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent anticorrosive resistance, wear resistance and performance under the protection of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the coating involving (i) dehydrating each raw material to a water content of less than 0.3 wt.%, (ii) adding hydroxy silicone oil, dimethyl silicone oil, nano-calcium carbonate, pre-modified graphene oxide, flame retardant powder, hydrophobic white carbon black, catalyst and solvent to a planetary barrel, and uniformly stirring and dispersing, and (iii) adding crosslinking agent and silane coupling agent, vacuuming, heating at 50-60 degrees C, continuously stirring and reacting for 1-2 hours.
