NOVELTY - Graphite is ground and sieved to obtain graphite powder. Obtained powder is mixed with oxalic acid solution, and ball-milled to obtain carboxylated graphene turbid liquid. Turbid liquid is ultrasonically oscillated to obtain carboxylated graphene suspension. Zinc salt is added to carboxylated graphene suspension, stirred, and obtained mixed solution is filtered. Resultant filtrate is activated by microwave heating, and cooled, to obtain zinc salt/carboxylated graphene mixed solution. Resultant mixture is pickled, washed with water, filtered and dried to obtain high-purity graphene. USE - Preparation of high-purity graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides high-purity graphene with high productivity, by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphite is ground and sieved to obtain graphite powder having average particle size of 210-480 mu m. The obtained graphite powder is mixed with oxalic acid solution in the weight ratio of 1:1.5-1:5, and transferred to a ball-milling tank. Deionized water is added to the tank as solvent, and ground to obtain carboxylated graphene turbid liquid. The obtained turbid liquid is added to ultrasonic apparatus, and ultrasonically oscillated to obtain carboxylated graphene suspension. Zinc salt is added to the carboxylated graphene suspension, stirred, and the obtained mixed solution is filtered. The resultant filtrate is activated by microwave heating, and cooled, to obtain mixed solution containing zinc salt and carboxylated graphene. The resultant mixture is pickled, washed with water, filtered and dried to obtain high-purity graphene.
