▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A carbon material having a laminated structure comprises upper layer of graphene oxide and lower layer of silicon oxide and an intermediate layer of graphene between the graphene oxide upper-layer and silicon oxide lower-layer, where the carbon material has particle size of 10-50 microns and the width is 5-30 mu m. USE - As carbon material having laminated structure (claimed) in lithium ion battery, super capacitor and photo-catalysis. ADVANTAGE - The carbon material surface is rich in oxygen-containing functional group and has better conductivity than oxide; has good water-solubility and solubility in organic solvent and high conductivity. The method uses improved graphene waste as raw material to form carbon material with high conductivity; does not cause environmental pollution and has low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the carbon material involving taking graphene oxide waste material and deionized water or ethanol aqueous solution according to the mass ratio of 0.1-1:100, ultrasonically dispersing the waste material in deionized water or ethanol aqueous solution, allowing to stand, removing the lower layer of undissolved graphite substance to obtain suspension, where the suspension speed is controlled at 5000 r/minutes, centrifugally removing the supernatant to obtain precipitate; ultrasonically dispersing the obtained precipitate in deionized water or ethanol aqueous solution, then controlling the speed to 5000 r/minutes, centrifugally separating for 10 minutes to form colorless clear liquid, and collecting; precipitating the obtained liquid for 2 hours, ultrasonically dispersing in deionized water or ethanol aqueous solution, controlling rotating speed at 500 r/minutes, centrifugally separating for 10 minutes, collecting the upper clear liquid, mixing with deionized water or ethanol aqueous solution according to a weight ratio of the deionized water or ethanol aqueous solution of 0.1-1:100, collecting the upper-layer clear liquid for 30 minutes, then controlling the centrifugal speed at 500 r/minutes, removing precipitate, collecting upper-layer of clear liquid, conducting centrifuge operation until there is no deposition, collecting the final supernatant, dispersing the carbon material formed in deionized water or ethanol aqueous solution, controlling the centrifugal speed to 5000 r/minutes and centrifugal time to 10 minutes, and controlling the temperature at 60-80 degrees C to obtain the mass containing carbon material.
