▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A magnetized graphene coating comprises main agent (component (A)) and curing agent (component (B)). The component (A) comprises 0-20 %mass epoxy resin, 0-30 %mass silicate solution, 0-20 %mass titanium dioxide, 0-30 %mass expanded perlite powder, 0-30 %mass microbeads, 0-10 %mass magnetized graphene, 1-5 %mass modified bentonite, 10-30 %mass solvent and 0-0.5 %mass dispersant. The component (B) comprises 5-10 %mass epoxy resin, 50-80 %mass alkylamine curing agent and 5-30 %mass solvent. USE - Magnetized graphene coating for anticorrosion processing of inner wall of high-temperature flue gas processing device used in electric power device, chemical industry, smelting industry and mining industry. ADVANTAGE - The graphene sheet layers are uniformly distributed in the coating by magnetization, so the coating has excellent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, cold and heat cycle resistance, when compared with existing epoxy anticorrosive coating. The coating can be used for long time at 300℃.
