ADVANTAGE - The method enables synthesis of graphene oxide/nickel oxide-poly(aniline-aminophenol) composite electrode with high conductivity, capacitive performance and cycle stability, and low electrode resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Synthesis of graphene oxide/nickel oxide-poly(aniline-aminophenol) composite electrode involves adding 30-150 mg graphene/nickel oxide to 0.5-1.5 mol/L sulfuric acid solution (20-40 mL), ultrasonically vibrating, adding aniline and m-aminophenol, uniformly stirring, adding 0.2 mol/L ammonium persulfate (30mL) as oxidant, reacting at 0-5 degrees C for 10-14 hours in an ice bath, filtering, washing the filtrate with ethanol and deionized water until the filtrate is colorless, drying obtained composite material, ultrasonically vibrating 30-50 mg composite material and 1-3 mL deionized water, applying 8-12 mu L obtained dispersion on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode, air-drying at room temperature, and applying 8-12 mu L Nafion (RTM: perfluorinated resin solution) on the surface of dried product. The graphene/nickel oxide is prepared by dissolving predetermined amount of nickel nitrate hexahydrate and urea in deionized water, adding 30 mL graphene oxide dispersion with different concentration from 0-4 mg/mL, stirring for 0-2 hours, adding resultant mixture to a reactor, placing the reactor in a muffle furnace, heating at 130-150 degrees C for 14-18 hours, naturally cooling reaction product to room temperature, washing with ethanol and water for 2-4 times, drying, placing dried product in a tube furnace, heating at 350-450 degrees C for 3-5 hours, and pulverizing.
