▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene by intercalation of alkali metals comprises (i) adding graphite powder and alkali metal into the reaction vessel at a molar ratio, adding the solvent and reacting in a low temperature bath of -40 to -20 degrees C for 1-5 hours, removing the low temperature bath and heating to 0-150 degrees C and continue the reaction for 12-75 hours, evaporating the solvent to obtain alkali metal intercalated grapheme, (ii) adding diluent to the alkali metal intercalated graphene prepared in resultant step, carrying out ultrasonic treatment at a power of 1-8 kW for 0.8-5.0 hours to obtain a graphene suspension, (iii) washing the ultrasonically dispersed graphene suspension with a diluent and centrifuging, then repeatedly rinsing and filtering with deionized water until the eluate is neutral, collecting the centrifugal to obtain graphene filter, and (iv) drying the resultant graphene filter material. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene by intercalation of alkali metals. ADVANTAGE - The method: ensures the structural integrity and quantitative production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene prepared by the above mentioned method.
