NOVELTY - Aqueous fluorine-silicon heavy-duty anti- corrosion antifouling paint comprises the 30-50 wt.% of fluorine silicon emulsion, 10-15 wt.% of nano silicon dioxide, 1-3 wt.% of stabilizing agent, 0.5-1 wt.% of dispersant, 0.05-0.1 wt.% of antifoaming agent, 0.15-0.35 wt.% of anti-settling agent, 0.5-1 wt.% of antimicrobial agent 28.5-57.3 wt.% of zinc powder and 0.5-1 wt.% of graphene. USE - Aqueous fluorine-silicon heavy-duty anti- corrosion antifouling paint in ship anti- corrosion and anti-fouling (claimed) ADVANTAGE - The aqueous fluorine-silicon heavy anti- corrosion antifouling paint realizes the long-acting anti-corrosion effect of ship steel structure and antifouling effect of the ship body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for preparing aqueous fluorine-silicon heavy anti-corrosion antifouling paint, which involves: 1. adding nano silicon dioxide and stabilizing agent into the fluorine silicon emulsion under stirring state, mixing uniformly; 2. adding dispersing agent into the mixture in agent anti-settling agent anti-microbial agent, mixing uniformly; 3.adding the graphene to the mixture, mixing uniformly; 4. and, adding the zinc powder to the mixture, mixing uniformly to obtain the final coating.
