NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite polyphenyl thioether superfine fibrous membrane involves coating and drying the polyphenylene sulfide superfine fiber web by spraying or dip-coating, drying at 60-80 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide composite of polyphenylene sulfide superfine fiber web, hot rolling at 85-110 degrees C at pressure of 10-30 megaPascals to obtain graphene composite of polyphenylene sulfide superfine fiber film, treating thermally at 130-150 degrees C for 0.1-0.5 hours and reducing thermally at 190-210 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain desired product. USE - Method for preparing graphene composite polyphenyl thioether superfine fibrous membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene composite polyphenyl thioether superfine fibrous membrane which has high strength, fire resistance and high temperature resistance performance, strong flexibility, ventilation, is good and safe and can be widely applied to the wearable device and medical health care field.
