▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-modified aqueous epoxy zinc-rich coating comprises 3-8 pts. wt. polyamide curing agent, 1-2 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 50-90 pts. wt. zinc powder, 0-30 pts. wt. filler, 5-10 pts. wt. solvent as first component; and 60-70 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, 5-20 pts. wt. aqueous graphene slurry, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-flash rust agent, 1-3 pts. wt. defoaming agent; 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, 20-35 pts. wt. water as second component; and the mass fraction of graphene in the aqueous graphene slurry is 5-15 wt.%. USE - The coating is useful in preparation of anticorrosive primer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent anticorrosive properties and physical properties in the case of reducing the dosage of zinc powder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of the graphene-modified aqueous epoxy zinc-rich coating comprising (1) mixing the solvent, thixotropic agent, polyamide curing agent and dispersing agent, adding zinc powder and filler, and then stirring uniformly to obtain the first component, and (2) mixing the aqueous epoxy emulsion, aqueous graphene solution, anti-flash rust agent, antifoaming agent, thixotropic agent, and water to obtain the second component; and (2) using method for the graphene-modified waterborne epoxy zinc-rich coating: according to the epoxy group content of the aqueous epoxy resin emulsion and the active hydrogen content of the polyamide curing agent in the ratio of 1.2:1, uniformly mixing the first component and second components, and spraying.
