NOVELTY - Surface treatment of metal pot stretching mold involves (S1) polishing the stretching mold with a sandpaper to remove impurities on the surface, (S2) atomizing and coating a primer coating on the surface of the mold to be treated through a spray gun, (S3) baking the surface of the mold sprayed with primer coating using a flame gun, (S4) atomizing and coating graphene coating on the surface of the surface-dried stretching mold coated with primer coating through a spray gun, (S5) baking at 350℃ for 15 minutes using flame gun, and curing. The primer coating comprises 25-40 parts mass siloxane, 30-70 parts mass n-butanol and 40-60 parts mass purified water. The graphene coating comprises 30-50 parts mass graphene powder, 20-37 parts mass boron nitride, 5-11 parts mass polyphenylmethylsiloxane and 30-50 parts mass purified water. ADVANTAGE - The method avoids the possibility of drawing the stretching mold during stretching, and reduces the re-polishing and post-processing investment of stretching mold during substrate polishing, because the chemical raw materials used are the most common and the usage amount is very small.
