NOVELTY - High-abrasion lubricating oil comprises 50-65 pts. wt. plant-based synthetic oil, 4-8 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester, 3-7 pts. wt. polymethacrylic acid fatty alcohol ester, 8-13 pts. wt. antiwear agent, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 2-3 pts. wt. stabilizer, 1-3 pts. wt. rust inhibitor and 0.5-2 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as high-abrasion lubricating oil. ADVANTAGE - The lubricating oil reduces device damage caused by mechanical friction and energy loss and device abrasion and potential safety hazard. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the lubricating oil, comprising adding castor oil and palm oil into a stirrer to disperse, stirring at 2000-2500 rotations/minute, heating to 60-65 degrees C, adding oleic acid, linoleic acid, continuously stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding stearic acid, stirring for 50-60 minutes to obtain a plant-based synthetic oil; (ii) adding the molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate into the stirrer, stirring at 1500-2000 rotations/minute, adding nano-magnesium borate and stirring for 100-120 minutes to obtain an anti-wear agent; (iii) cooling the plant-based synthetic oil to 40-45 degrees C, adding the polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester and polymethacrylic acid fatty alcohol, stirring and dispersing, stirring at 2300-2800 rotations/minute, adding anti-wear agent, stirring graphene and rust inhibitor for 30-40 minutes, reducing the stirring speed to 1200-1500 rotations/minute, adding the stabilizer and stirring for 20-30 minutes.
