NOVELTY - High-performance two-component epoxy primer comprises component A and component B at 10:2.3-2.8 weight ratio. The component A comprises 7-10 pts. wt. solid epoxy resin, 15-20 pts. wt. liquid epoxy resin, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.3-1.5 pts. wt. epoxy silane coupling agent-modified nano-silicon dioxide, 30-38 pts. wt. pigment fillers, 8-13 pts. wt. zinc calcium modified aluminum tripolyphosphate, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc phosphomolybdate, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. wetting dispersant, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. defoaming agent, and 16-20 pts. wt. mixed solvent. The component B comprises 20-30 pts. wt. cashew nut shell oil modified phenolic amine resin, 25-35 pts. wt. cashew nut phenol modified polyamide resin, 30-40 pts. wt. xylene, 20-26 pts. wt. n-butanol, 10-25 pts. wt. propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and 1-2.5 pts. wt. aminosilane coupling agent. USE - The high-performance two-component epoxy primer is used for rail transit (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The epoxy primer has excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, weather resistance and adhesive force. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the high-performance two-component epoxy primer comprising preparing component A by adding solid epoxy resin, liquid epoxy resin, mixed solvent and wetting dispersant, uniformly stirring, adding pigment filler, zinc-calcium modified aluminum tripolyphosphate and zinc phosphomolybdate, uniformly dispersing at high speed, adding thixotropic agent, uniformly stirring, sanding until the fineness is less than or equal to 30 mu m, adding graphene, epoxy silane coupling agent modified nano-silica, leveling agent and defoaming agent, and uniformly mixing, preparing component B by uniformly stirring cashew nut shell oil modified phenolic resin, cardanol modified polyamide resin, aminosilane couple agent, xylene, n-butanol and propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, when in use, mixing the component A and component B, uniformly stirring, and standing for 15-20 minutes before being used.
