▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing poly-o-aminophenol modified graphene/aqueous polyurethane composite coating of multi-layer assembly comprises (i) using high-temperature heat-reduced graphene oxide as the substrate and chemically self-polymerizing the o-aminophenol on its surface by using the π-π interaction under alkaline conditions to obtain poly-o-aminophenol-modified graphene; (ii) dispersing the poly-o-aminophenol modified graphene evenly in the aqueous polyurethane emulsion because the poly-o-aminophenol modified graphene surface contains a large amount of amino groups and hydroxy groups, dispersing the poly-o-aminophenol modified graphene evenly in the aqueous polyurethane emulsion and participating in the cross-linking reaction of polyurethane; and (iii) dipping and pulling method, dipping the steel plate sequentially in pure aqueous polyurethane emulsion and aqueous polyurethane emulsion dispersed with poly-o-aminophenol-modified graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing poly-o-aminophenol modified graphene/aqueous polyurethane composite coating of multi-layer assembly. ADVANTAGE - The method obtains composite coating which avoids the galvanic corrosion between the graphene and the steel substrate with improved the penetration and corrosion resistance.
