NOVELTY - Preparing heating film comprises adding graphene oxide to tellurene pre-stripping dispersion liquid, ultrasonically treating in water bath, centrifuging, collecting bottom layer mixture, dispersing bottom layer mixture in water, washing, concentrating, and drying to prepare mixture of tellurene and graphene oxide, adding water to tellurene and graphene mixture, stirring to obtain mixed solution, then concentrating to prepare tellurene/graphene oxide mixed dispersion, producing and collecting tellurene/graphene oxide hybrid short fiber, filtering coagulation bath containing tellurene/graphene oxide hybrid short fibers, reducing to obtain tellurene/graphene hybrid fiber membrane, using tellurene/graphene hybrid fiber membrane as receiving plate, graphene/polyvinylidene difluoride mixed solution as spinning solution for electrospinning, and forming double-layer fiber membrane of tellurene/graphene hybrid fiber membrane and graphene/polyvinylidene difluoride nanofiber membrane. USE - The method is useful for preparing heating film. ADVANTAGE - The heating film: has photothermal and piezoelectric heating dual mechanism; is highly dispersible in water; and can generate heat through physical bending or deformation at the same time, and electricity generation under light conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) heating film prepared by the above method; and (2) heating suit comprising heating film.
