▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The preparation method of nitrogen doped graphene quantum point involves (1) adding a certain proportion of acetylene black, concentrated nitric acid and deionized water to a reflux device, setting the heating temperature to 90-100 degrees C, and maintaining the reaction liquid to slightly boil for 3-20 hours, and (2) cooling the reaction liquid to room temperature, regulating the pH value of the reaction liquid to neutral using sodium hydroxide solution, performing dialysis separation, purifying, and collecting. USE - Preparation method of nitrogen doped graphene quantum point (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of nitrogen doped graphene quantum point by simple and economical process.
