NOVELTY - Compression joint type IGBT module based on phase change material comprises a collector copper plate, a collector molybdenum sheet, an IGBT chip, an emitter molybdenum sheet, a silver gasket, a grid probe, a PEEK(Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic) bracket, a grid PCB board, a lug boss and an emitter copper sequentially. The collector copper plate is connected with the collector copper plate. The collector molybdenum sheet is connected with the collector copper plate. One surface of the collector molybdenum sheet close to the collector copper plate is provided with grooves. Each groove is filled with phase change material. The inner wall of each of the groove and the phase change material contact coated with a graphene layer. USE - Compression joint type insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) module based on phase change material for use in electronic system. Uses include but are not limited to electric automobile acceleration and deceleration, starting and stopping wind power generation system wind speed change of track traffic. ADVANTAGE - The module improves the reliability of the compression joint IGBT module and prolongs the service life.
