NOVELTY - The device has a laminated flexible substrate composite structure provided with a first electrode layer, a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, a second semiconductor layer and a second electrode layer. The first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer are connected with a conductive type layer. The flexible substrate composite structure is equipped with a cascade set polymer substrate, a barrier and a graphene film. The polymer substrate is formed with the first electrode layer, where thickness of the first electrode layer is about 8-200 nm. USE - OLED device. ADVANTAGE - The device has prolonged service life and better photoelectric efficiency. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of an OLED device.
