NOVELTY - Preparing hybrid glass powder involves dispersing graphene in water to make a graphene suspension, setting a mixed solvent of water and isopropanol, adding glass powder to disperse uniformly, sequentially adding a silane coupling agent and graphene suspension prepared, ultrasonically dispersing, heating, washing and drying to obtain graphene-coated glass powder. The prepared graphene-coated glass powder is added to the silver nitrate solution under the action of ultrasound and stirring to uniformly dispersed. The ultrasonic stirring effect is maintained, and a reducing agent is added to deposit silver on the surface of the powder. The hybrid glass frit is obtained after washing and drying. USE - Method for preparing hybrid glass powder. ADVANTAGE - The method enables ot preparehybrid glass powder, which improves wettability of silver powder, reduces generation of interface holes during the sintering process of silver powder, and improves electricity of solar cells performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a conductive silver paste, which comprises hybrid glass powder.
