DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing nano-graphene composite nickel-based plating layer, which involves: (A) depositing chemically composite plating or composite by electrodeposition; and (B) preparing a nickel-based plating layer and in a chemical composite plating solution containing 3-16 g/l of rare earth oxide and 3-15 g/l of nano-graphene.
