NOVELTY - Anticorrosive coating comprises component A including epoxy resin, zinc powder, anti-rust pigment, graphene slurry, filler and auxiliary agent and component B including modified polyamide and diluent. USE - Used as an anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive coating: has improved utilization rate of zinc powder; can greatly reduce the amount of zinc powder; improves film-forming property of the coating, flexibility and adhesion of the coating; enhances salt spray resistance of the coating and is suitable for marine device, which can prolongs anti-corrosion time of marine device and reduces maintenance cycles and costs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing anticorrosive coating comprising (a) mixing epoxy resin, fillers and additives, dispersing and grinding to obtain mixture, adding zinc powder, anti-rust pigment, graphene slurry and remaining amount of raw materials to the mixture, stirring to obtain Component A of coating, (b) mixing modified polyamide and diluent to prepare component B of coating and (c) mixing the component A obtained in step (a) and the component B obtained in step (b) to form anticorrosive coating; (2) coating formed by curing the anticorrosive coating, where thickness of the coating is 70-120 microns; and (3) device comprising coating.
