▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing a nanocomposite comprising a semi-aromatic polyamide and a graphene material, comprises (a) having in a reactor the graphene material and a monomer material suitable for the preparation of the semi-aromatic polyamide, and (b) polymerizing the monomer material in the reactor to yield the nanocomposite. USE - The method is used for manufacturing a nanocomposite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process above provides graphene material-semi aromatic polyamides nanocomposites with better properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) nanocomposite obtainable by the process defined above (in particular, nanocomposite obtainable by the process defined above where the graphene material is a thermally reduced graphene oxide), where the graphene material is present in the nanocomposite in an amount of not less than 3 wt.%, particularly less than or equal to 2 wt.%, with respect to the total weigh of the nanocomposite, and where the nanocomposite has a Young modulus, as measured according ASTM D638, which is greater than or equal to 5% greater, and more generally around 10% greater, than a reference nanocomposite obtained by extruding the semi-aromatic polyamide and the graphene material; and (2) masterbatch obtainable by the process defined above, where the graphene material is present in the nanocomposite in an amount above 3 wt.%, particularly 5-10 wt.%, with respect to the total weight of the Masterbatch.
