The cloud server is provided for controlling the graphene capacitor. The cloud server is arranged to provide electric energy, when the malfunction of the public power grid power supply is detected. The cloud server is distributed with a collection server. USE - Power supply system. ADVANTAGE - The energy storage is achieved using graphite as electrode material so that the battery life is increased. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a power supply buffering method; and (2) a power supply buffering system.
