NOVELTY - The method involves setting pavement milling and wire groove in a selected area by using a milling machine to mill and polish an inner side of the pavement milling and wire groove. Fine grooves are cut out for installing wires. Power cables are erected. The erected power cables are located in a cable bridge. A control system is fixed in a control box. A road surface is cleaned after milling, grinding and brushing of the road surface with a hydrophilic epoxy primer. The road surface is leveled with an epoxy mortar sealer. A graphene cloth layer is arranged on the leveling layer. A construction area is closed during maintenance. System debugging process is performed after installing a system. A traffic gate is opened after forming and stabilizing the effective road surface. USE - Graphene thin conductive wearing layer construction method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables increasing snow removal and reducing corrosion effect.
