▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The structure has an electric heating film that is wound around a portion of the outer circumference of the fiber bundle (1). A repair hole (4) penetrating the inside and outside of the electric heating film is opened on the electric heating film. A thermoplastic resin is filled in the repair hole. An electrode sheet for connecting to an external power source is drawn on the electric heating film. A thermosetting resin (3) is dropped on the outer periphery of the electric heating film and cured to form the electric heating film and the fiber bundle and the area on the fiber layer covered by the electric heating film is wrapped in the thermosetting resin. The fiber bundle is formed by twisting a fiber filament according to a preset rule. The electric heating film is one of a carbon nanotube film and a graphene film. The electrode plates of the electric heating film are connected in parallel with the damage monitor and the damage repair power supply. USE - Structure for monitoring and repairing damage of fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin matrix composites. ADVANTAGE - The purpose of healing the microcracks is achieved. The purpose of the reuse is satisfied after the restoration basically and the combined material structure later maintenance cost is reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT claim is included for a method for monitoring and repairing damage of fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin matrix composites. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the structure for monitoring and repairing damage of fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin matrix composites.
