NOVELTY - Producing a graphene fiber using twisting method involves preparing copper foil-supported graphene film on the surface of copper foil by chemical vapor deposition or vacuum heating of copper foil. Copper foil loaded graphene film is put into water at a temperature of 60-90 degrees C, and then separated graphene film from the copper foil. Copper foil is recycled, graphene film is twisted into graphene fiber by the twist device. USE - Method for producing a graphene fiber using twisting method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce graphene fiber using twisting method has simple operation, cost effective, uniform appearance, excellent performance and good flexibility.
