▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide quantum dots comprises adding graphite-containing component and concentrated nitric acid into flask, ultrasonically reacting to form black liquid mixed suspension, placing into oil bath, refluxing, cooling to room temperature, and high-speed centrifuging to obtain supernatant and precipitate; and evaporating supernatant, and drying to obtain red solid. USE - Method for preparation of graphene oxide quantum dots (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and suitable for large-scale industrial production, forms good product uniformity, and it has wide practicability and rapid oxidation.
