The negative pressure spiral low-temperature pyrolysis purifier and the negative pressure spiral high-temperature pyrolysis carbonization machine are respectively connected with the air outlet of the flushing gas storage tank. USE - Biomass graphene production device. ADVANTAGE - The biomass graphene production device improves the energy utilization rate and yield when producing graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for processing biomass graphene production process, which involves: (A) starting the first screw feeder at the upper end of the gasifier and putting agricultural and forestry wastes or household garbage with a diameter of 5-100mm into the gasifier; (B) turning on the circulating pump and the combustible gas air jet mixer to light the gasification furnace; (C) entering heat source to the spray dryer in the converter and the cooling gas, after the heat exchange the exhaust gas catalytic converter for purification and then is discharged; (D) turning on the high-pressure pump and opening the fourth regulating valve; (E) driving the graphite crystal mixture into the high-pressure puffing peeler through the high-pressure pump; (F) adjusting the pressure regulating valve to adjust the expansion pressure to the setting range; and (G) observing that the pressure of the pressure gage should be within the setting range of 20-200Mpa to obtain the dried single-layer or within ten layers of graphene.
