▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A nano-diamond/graphene-loaded noble metal iridium cluster nanozyme, is prepared using nano-diamond/graphene as a carrier, and a metal iridium cluster as an active center for constructing a nano-diamond/graphene iridium cluster nanozyme. USE - The nano-diamond/graphene iridium cluster nanozyme is used in preparing antibacterial products against bacteria comprising Escherichia coli or Staphylococcus aureus (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared nanozyme has higher substrate affinity and reaction rate, and has remarkable antibacterial effect on Gram-negative bacteria and positive bacteria, compared with natural horseradish peroxidase, the nanozyme is less sensitive to temperature and pH, and the prepared nanozyme has excellent peroxidase mimic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: a preparation method of the nano-diamond/graphene-iridium cluster nanozyme comprising dispersing carrier nano-diamond loaded graphene (ND loaded G) in deionized water, and adding dihydrogen hexachloroiridate(IV) hydrate to the above solution, heating and reacting, suction filtering, washing, and drying to obtain nano-diamond/graphene iridium cluster nanomaterials, and the nano-diamond/graphene iridium cluster nanozyme is obtained after reduction reaction; and use of nano-diamond/graphene iridium cluster nanozyme in preparing antibacterial products.
