NOVELTY - Preparing nano-material/quorum sensing quenching enzyme hydrogel comprises (i) dispersing nano-materials including graphene oxide, graphene and carbon nano-tubes, and treating, dispersing quenching enzyme in the nano-material mixed solution, stirring, freeze-drying to obtain nano-material/quorum sensing quenching enzyme particle, and freezing and storing, (iia) dissolving sodium alginate in deionized water, preparing sodium alginate solution, adding sodium alginate to nano-material/quorum sensing quenching hybrid particles into the sodium alginate solution, and treating, (iib) solubilizing sodium alginate in water, and (iic) mixing the sodium alginate solution and the additive solution with the nano-material/quorum sensing quenching enzyme, dissolving, and placing in a closed container, and (iii) preparing metal salt aqueous solution, extruding or dropping the hydrogel mixed solution into aqueous solution of metal salt, rinsing hydrogel with water, and storing. USE - The hydrogel is useful in the field of biological and water treatment. ADVANTAGE - The method is easy to operate; and has good anti-biofilm pollution effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nano-material/quorum sensing quenching enzyme hydrogel comprises (i) dispersing 25-50 mg nano-materials including graphene oxide, graphene and carbon nano-tubes in a mass ratio of 100-200 ml of phosphate buffer solution, and treating ultrasonically at room temperature to obtain nano-material mixed solution, dispersing 75-150 mg quenching enzyme in the nano-material mixed solution, ultrasonically stirring to obtain nano-material/quorum sensing quenching enzyme particle mixing solution, vacuum freeze-drying to obtain nano-material/quorum sensing quenching enzyme particle, and freezing and storing, (iia) dissolving sodium alginate in 20-100 ml of deionized water, preparing 0.5-5 g/l sodium alginate solution, adding sodium alginate to 0.1-10 wt.%. nano-material/quorum sensing quenching hybrid particles into the sodium alginate solution, and treating ultrasonically, (iib) solubilizing additive of 10-50% sodium alginate in 20-100 ml deionized water, preparing 0.5-5 g/l additive solution, and (iic) mixing the sodium alginate solution and the additive solution with the nano-material/quorum sensing quenching enzyme in a ratios of 10:1-1:10, stirring and uniformly dissolving, placing in a closed container at 4-10 degrees C, and (iii) preparing 0.1-15 wt.%. metal salt aqueous solution as an ionic crosslinking agent, extruding or dropping the hydrogel mixed solution into 100-500 ml aqueous solution of a metal salt to obtain different forms of hydrogels, rinsing the hydrogel repeatedly with deionized water, and storing in a closed container at 4-10 degrees C.
