▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A double bond modified graphene/polyvinylidene chloride heavy anticorrosive coating comprises 75-85 pts. wt. polyvinylidene chloride, 10-20 pts. wt. acrylate monomer, 0.5-5 pts. wt. double bond modified graphene, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. initiator and 1-3 pts. wt. emulsifier. USE - Double bond modified graphene/polyvinylidene chloride heavy anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The double bond modified graphene/polyvinylidene chloride heavy anticorrosive coating has excellent antistatic property, salt spray corrosion resistance, hydrophobicity and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the coating, which involves mixing graphite powder, 20-35 mL/g concentrated sulfuric acid and sodium nitrate, adding potassium permanganate, stirring, adding distilled water, stirring, adding hydrogen peroxide and hydrochloric acid solution with concentration of 0.5-1.5 mol/L, centrifuging, drying, dispersing resultant graphene oxide and silane coupling agent in a mass ratio of 1:0.5-1.5 in ethanol-water solution, reacting, filtering, washing with acetone, adding L-ascorbic acid and alkali, heating, washing, obtaining double bond modified graphene, mixing raw materials of the coating, filtering, and discharging. The mass ratio of graphite powder, sodium nitrate and potassium permanganate is 1:0.5-1.5:3-9. The mass ratio of distilled water and graphite powder is 300-600 mL/g. The volume-mass ratio of water and graphene oxide is 0.25-0.5 mL/g.
